No. We provide private transportation only. Your group is responsible for purchasing tickets, seating, hospitality packages and parking directly from Churchill Downs or each track. Once you have tickets, we can design a transportation schedule around your race day plans.
How early should we book for Derby & Oaks?
We recommend reserving your party bus as early as possible once you know your dates, especially for Derby week, Oaks, Thurby and major Keeneland days. Those dates book out first for larger groups and multiple-bus requests.
Can we drink on the party bus on race day?
In most cases, yes — as long as all passengers are 21+ and you follow Kentucky open-container laws and our company policies. We do not provide alcohol but you may bring your own beverages. Your chauffeur will remain alcohol-free and is focused on safety and timing.
